Ade Syahputra Sidiqi, S.H., C.P.C.L.E. is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Director of Risk & Compliance at LiuGong Finance Indonesia, he oversees the company’s risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Ade has a strong track record in managing legal and compliance functions, including drafting and reviewing agreements, handling litigation, and implementing anti-money laundering (AML) and corporate governance (GCG) policies. Previously, he held key roles in several foreign and local finance companies in charge of legal and compliance for around 15 years in financing institution, where he successfully navigated complex regulatory environments and provided strategic legal advice. A graduate of Trisakti University with a Cum Laude degree in Law, Ade is also certified advocate from Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and has expert certification from Indonesian Financing Profession Certification Institute (LSPPI).
