AJembar Ganda Ermaya is a seasoned finance and operations professional with over 30 years of experience in the heavy equipment and vehicle financing industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations at LiuGong Finance Indonesia, he oversees the company’s operational management, business strategy, and organizational performance. With a strong background in strategic management, marketing, and finance, Jembar has held key leadership roles, including Director at PT Komatsu Astra Finance, where he led marketing, quality assurance, and legal business divisions, and as Head of the Heavy Equipment Committee at the Indonesia Financial Services Association (APPI). A graduate of Bogor Agricultural University with a degree in Agribusiness, Jembar has also completed certifications and training in financing, leadership, and business analysis.
